If it offers telemarketing as a minor part of all its services, and is not a specialist telemarketing company, then it may not have the quality you need. Much better to seek out a company that only provides telemarketing or a range of complimentary telemarketing services.

There are other questions to think about such as, is there a structure to the project, how will you know how hard the company is working for you, or quite importantly, do you have to pay ‘up front’ for work before the company will start your project.
We always work closely with the client to develop a project structure, objectives, and a means of measuring performance. As Owner / Manager, its not in my interest to conduct weak or unsuccessful campaigns; delivering quality ensures the client comes back, and that is its own motivation.
